What is SMILE Laser Treatment

Process of SMILE:

SMILE (Small Incision Lenticule Extraction) is through Femtosecond laser system used to create corneal tissue, like lenticule. The shape and thickness of lenticule is according to the degree of myopia and astigmatism. Thus, remove the lenticule through 2-4mm small incision and do not need to create corneal flat. Due to change the corneal curvature, the goal of vision correction is achieved.
